Lucas LIN

Lucas Lin is currently Chief Executive Officer of Swancor Renewable Energy Co., Ltd, spearheading the company's ongoing offshore wind power business expansion, and offshore wind farm operations & maintenance. He also serves as CEO and Project Director of Formosa 1 Wind Power Co., Ltd., Taiwan's landmark offshore wind farm, overseeing the work of the organization, including development and management, EPC contracts, international fundraising, bank loans, HSE rules & regulations, risk management & mitigation and official permits.

Anna SU

Anna Su has strong expertise in the areas of finance and law. She joined Swancor Renewable Energy in 2015, covering the company’s financial planning and analysis as well as leading major investment decisions. She played a crucial role in 2017 in successfully inviting UK-headquartered Macquarie Green Investment Group and Dong Energy in Denmark to take part in Taiwan’s first-ever offshore wind power development project, in which she managed to raise up to USD120 million in investments financed by banks both at home and abroad, and helped push forward the transaction. She was also a key figure in the talks with the government on the power purchase agreement and feed-in tariffs.

Julian KUO

Julian Kuo had entered into the renewable energy sector since 2011 and successfully won the Formosa 1 demonstration project two years later. Not only did he fully participate in the planning and construction of Taiwan’s historic “Formosa 1 Offshore Wind Farm,” but also played a pivotal role in facilitating regulatory negotiations, obtaining government permits and reaching the groundbreaking power purchase agreement with the Taiwan Power Company. Prior to this, he has nearly 15 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, supervising production lines and overseas expansion.

Rasmus Wandrup joined Swancor Renewable Energy (“SRE”) in 2020 as Chief Technology Officer leading the technology direction for the company’s offshore wind farm development projects. Prior to SRE, he was Senior Consultant at K2 Management based in Denmark and Japan. Rasmus has also held senior leadership roles at Vattenfall and Siemens Gamesa. During his time at Siemens Gamesa, Rasmus was part of the project team for the Hywind pilot floating project. Since then, he has participated in several feasibility assessments for floating offshore wind projects and leading several offshore projects from a construction perspective through the different project phases development, auction, planning, execution and O&M in the German -, UK - , Dutch - and Danish sector totaling more than 1 GW.
